On May 28, 2016, a pair of HMT hammer blades (245 * 62 * 30.5, with a total length of 200 and 40 blades) were replaced

Phase 1: From May 28th to August 6th, a total of 7613 tons of crushed raw materials (corn and soybean meal, with corn accounting for a large proportion) were crushed. The initial crushing frequency was 10 Hz, which later decreased to 8 Hz.

Phase 2: From August 6th to September 18th, a total of 5335 tons of raw materials were crushed, with a crushing frequency of around 7-8 Hz depending on the moisture content of the corn. As of September 18th, the cumulative crushing amount was 12948 tons/40 pieces=323 tons/piece

Phase 3: From September 18th to November 8th, a total of 5800 tons of raw materials were crushed, and the crushing frequency was increased to around 10 Hz. Due to the large vibration of the crusher and the loss of 2 hammer pieces (which broke from the hammer pin hole) in the later stage of use, the hammer pieces and pin shafts were replaced.

Summary: From May 28th to November 8th, this group of hammer blades crushed a total of approximately 18748 tons of raw materials. A set of 40 pieces, with a production capacity of about 468 tons per piece (the production capacity of hammer blades in the market is only about 80 tons per piece). According to production data analysis, HMT's hammer blades are 5.85 times the market's hammer blades.
